Training program

REGARD ACTION thinks of itself as a “transmitter of knowledge” and is committed to providing you with the best speakers and exceptional panelists to improve your results and accelerate your success.

The training approach is tailored to the circumstances of our members and their employees across the province. Thus, classes will be given via webinar (interactive training sessions taking place on the Internet, do not require participants to meet in a physical place, only to access a web page at a specific time). This means that no trip is required, and you can follow the program from the comfort of your home or office.



To meet the needs identified by the members, the objective of the training program is to offer the necessary tools to our professionals so that, individually, they can implement strategies to improve and develop their service, their staff and their management. The impact of such a program can be measured by the increase in sales and margins of our members as well as the retention rate of their customers.

Our training courses are clearly oriented towards the achievement of the objectives of our members and are intended for opticians, optometrists as well as office supporting staff and sales staff.



In order to provide the highest quality of training, and also to measure the impact of our program, participants must commit to complete training courses. A knowledge evaluation questionnaire should be completed after each training.



The trainings will be given according to the availability of the trainers and the schedules of the REGARD ACTION member clinics. We strongly recommend that you attend live sessions, so you can ask questions and interact with our speaker.

Registration fees for the REGARD ACTION training program include :

– Virtual classroom training sessions, working documents in PDF format and access to training records for future reference.
– We also offer this training program to optical professionals who are not members of REGARD ACTION but at a higher price.


Registration fees for REGARD ACTION members and their employees are as follows:

$120 per office (each participant has personalized access to webinars)


Registration fees for “non-member” are as follows:

$250 per office (each participant has personalized access to webinars)


Registration fees for REGARD ACTION members will be applied directly to the member’s account statement.


Registration fees for “non-members” will be payable by check addressed to REGARD ACTION before the date of the first training.
